Rusticator DUO ™

Process double-sided products with one pass through the Rusticator DUO.The Rusticator DUO provides maximum performance and efficiency by distressing double-sided segmental retaining walls, CMUs, and slabs; in-line or off-line all with a single pass through the machine. The Rusticator DUO is a specially configured and engineered machine utilizing the same solid technologies built into our single-sided Rusticator UNO machines. In essence, the DUO is (2) single-sided machines, merged together and working in harmony. With consist ant processing on both sides of the units, and complete automated control over all adjustments, the DUO give manufacturers the edge on the market, that is so needed today.

Rusticator UNO™

Process block products inline or offline with the Rusticator UNO.  The Rusticator's Fascia Impact System (FIS) provides the ultra realistic appearance and feel of aged block by transforming the hard edges of the units into soft contours. This provides a weathered appearance without sacrificing structural integrity.  The Rusticator UNO can be used to process up to 28 blocks per minute, and can process single or double sided blocks.
